• Each holiday unit in the Schlosspark Bad Saarow and the Marinapark Scharmützelsee has a parking lot at the house. If you are traveling with more than one car, please park in the parking lots marked "Z" or in the large parking lot on the premises - see Plan Schlosspark / Plan Marinapark Scharmützelsee
• The guest of the Villa Kurpark public car parking spaces are available in front of the house.
• For guests of the apartment in the Seevilla Fontane and the apartment Villa Seeblick is a parking space in the underground garage available.
• For guests of the Charming Apartments is a parking space in front of the house.
  

• The departure should take place until 10.00 o'clock.
• Please arrange an acceptance date one day before your departure at the reception.

Energy and. water consumption

• Please read on arrival and departure the electricity and water meter.
• The heating of the houses takes place via the stove. In addition, electric underfloor heating or electric wall heaters can be used. The heat production in the sauna and the hot water treatment (water heater) via electricity.
• The apartment / the house is preheated to at least 15 degrees in winter.
• Water costs: 7.50 € / m³
• Electricity costs: 0,45 € / kW / h; from 09/22: 0,49 €/kW/h
• Gas costs: 1,50 € /m³; from 09/22: 2,50 €/m³
  
• The apartments in Bad Saarow and Holiday Homes at the Glubigsee Wendisch Rietz include electricity, water and heating. 

• Firewood for the fireplace can be purchased at the reception. (8,50 € / basket)
• Please only carry out the chimney cleaning when the ashes are completely cold.
• An ash bucket is available for the cold ashes.
  

• On the grounds of the Schlosspark Bad Saarow there is free wireless Wi-Fi
• The radio signal we get across the Scharmützelsee, so it can occasionally come to strong fluctuations
• You will receive an access code for each house
  

• Pets in the Schlosspark Bad Saarow and in the Marinapark Scharmützelsee
• Pets are welcome (maximum 2 pets per house) and must be registered when booking.
• Please note: Pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds. The holder is liable for any damage or contamination.
• On the entire area is mandatory linen.
• Dogs are not allowed at the swimming area in the castle park.
• The following applies to the apartments in Bad Saarow and the Windrose in Wendisch Rietz: no pets

• Floor plans, pictures, illustrated furniture and drawings are exemplary and therefore not binding in relation to the rental object. The floor plans are not suitable for taking measurements for furniture / fixtures.
  

• Extra bed for max. 2 children on the fold-out sofa bed
• The sofa bed is located on the open gallery (no blackout options)
  

• +2 = in Villa Kurpark it is possible to book up to 2 extra beds on the couch in the living room (extra charge)
  

• Due to the close location to the lake, it can come in the houses even after the home preparation to cobweb formation, even within a few hours
• The cottages / apartments have no fly screens.
